How It Works
The host only has to set up tables and chairs, and provide plates and utensils. We bring our own hibachi grill and experienced chef to your backyard. Each guest can choose their own customized meal. It starts with a side salad and comes with hibachi vegetables, fried rice, and 2 choices of protein.
Any 2 Proteins — $50/person
Any 3 Proteins — $60/person
Child 12 & under (1 Protein). $30/child
*Not including sales tax or gratuity
*$500 minimum for all parties
We do offer Table & Chair Rental. $15/person (includes: tables, chairs, utensils, plates, table cloths, set up and clean up)

How far in advance should I book a hibachi chef?
To ensure availability, it’s best to book your hibachi chef at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Our schedule fills up quickly, especially on weekends and during holiday seasons. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, but early reservations guarantee you get your preferred date, time, and chef. Reach out to us as soon as you start planning your party or event to secure your spot.
Do you offer hibachi catering for both small and large events?
Yes, Sunshine Hibachi Catering is perfect for all event sizes—from intimate family dinners to large celebrations like birthdays, weddings, and corporate gatherings. We can accommodate as few as 10 guests or serve over 100 with multiple chefs and setups. Each event is tailored to meet your needs, ensuring the same high-quality food, service, and performance—no matter the group size.
What equipment do you bring for the on-site hibachi experience?
We bring everything needed for a full hibachi experience, including the hibachi grill, cooking tools, ingredients, and a skilled chef. All we require is an outdoor space—like a backyard, patio, or driveway—to set up safely. We also bring disposable plates, utensils, and napkins. You won’t need to worry about cleanup or setup—we handle it all so you and your guests can simply enjoy the show.
Are vegetarian or gluten-free hibachi options available?
Absolutely! Sunshine Hibachi Catering proudly offers vegetarian and gluten-free options to accommodate dietary needs.
